Reserving a seat for Open Play is easy. Visit our Reservations page, choose an available two-hour Open Play session, and select the number of participants in your group.
During booking, you can also share a few optional preferences to help us create the best table experience possible, including your Mahjong experience level, whether you prefer a more social or faster-paced table, and whether there are specific people you’d like to play with.
Open Play sessions are limited by table availability, so we recommend reserving your seat ahead of time whenever possible.
Please note that Open Play reservations are non-refundable.
Can I make table requests?
Yes. During booking, you can let us know if there are specific people you’d like to play with, your Mahjong experience level, and whether you prefer a more social or faster-paced table.
These preferences are optional, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them based on the players registered for that session and the available table space.
2-Hour Sessions
Open Play sessions are scheduled in two-hour time blocks and are subject to availability, so we recommend reserving your seat ahead of time whenever possible.
Because each reservation affects table availability and group planning, Open Play reservations are non-refundable.
