Guided Play Questions
Who should sign up for Guided Play?
Guided Play is for players who have completed Beginner Lessons 1 & 2 or Bootcamp, or who already have a basic knowledge of American Mahjong, including the rules and how to read the NMJL card.
How is Guided Play different from Open Play?
Guided Play includes an instructor who is available throughout the session to answer questions and help guide you through the game. Open Play is for players who are comfortable playing more independently.
What is the Guided Play cancellation policy?
Guided Play tickets are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 72 hours’ notice. We’re unable to make changes for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. In emergency situations, tickets may be transferred to a different Guided Play date at our discretion.
