Lesson 1

Intro to Mahjong  -  Lesson 1 covers the basics. Lesson 2 is necessary to feel confident.

This is the beginner's introductory course to Mahjong. In Lesson 1 you will learn the tiles, rules, and the NMJL card. Your brain might hurt a little--in a good way! Two or three games will be played. Min. 4 players or we will reach out to reschedule.

We provide all tiles, tables, and a welcoming environment.

**Booking Lesson 2 within one week is recommended for the best success playing with others.

We will  have light snacks and beverages, or feel free to bring your own treats!  No red wine please.

Cancellation Policy
Classes are capped at a certain number of players—so every seat counts. Need to reschedule? Please give us at least 72 hours’ notice. We’re unable to make changes for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Tickets are non-refundable.  

Thank you for understanding. This policy helps us provide a great experience for everyone at the table. Life happens, we get it. In emergency situations, tickets may be transferred for a different lesson date at our discretion.
